Karen will teach you creative piecing techniques in this beginner friendly class. Discover how to arrange, sew and press scraps into unique yardage that can be used specifically for garment sewing.

It’s a fun, sustainable way to reduce waste while creating one-of-a kind textiles full of character.

Supplies-

The Sewing Labs supplies sewing machines, but feel free to bring your own sewing machine that you may feel more familiar with – don’t forget you power cord and foot control.

Fabric scissors.

Feel free to bring scraps from home. The Sewing Labs also has plenty of scraps to use for class at no additional cost.

Level: Beginners who have working knowledge of their sewing machine and its basic functions.
