Whether you're brand new to sewing or seeking a refresher, our Basic Sewing - Phase 1 course is tailored just for you. Gain hands-on experience operating a domestic sewing machine, covering essential skills such as threading, basic operation, safety, and maintenance. Explore the tools of the trade and more as you create simple projects and a handy tool caddy. Each week, you'll acquire a new skill and receive practice work to complete at home.
All necessary materials and supplies are included in this course. You're welcome to use our provided machines and tools or bring your own to enhance your learning experience.
Duration: 9-week course, each session lasting 2.5 hours
In the event of winter weather affecting class schedules, we prioritize the safety of our students and staff. If there are any changes or cancellations due to inclement weather, we will notify you promptly. By 6 am on the affected day, an email will be sent to all registered students containing important updates.
